Mrs. Patcelia Tubman is a trained nurse who works with the elderly here in the U. S. A. Her profession enables her to be passionate about the humanitarian initiatives of the VAN Community Outreach organization that works to provide the needs of underprivileged children and the elderly. Mrs. Tubman aspires to bringing her experiences to the table in order to assist the board of directors attain its objectives in catering to the needs of children and elderly in Liberia.
